Q. mongolica forests are representative forest types in Korea, belonging to the intermediate succession stage with highest species diversity. Identifying community structure and growth rate of by vegetation climate zone can help planning efficient restoration strategies for each zone. The proportions major communities based on zones newly adjusted Korea National Arboretum 2020 were determined. Major dominant identified Quercus which dominates more than 50% analyzing importance basal area trees using data from 7th Forest Inventory Survey. was analyzed permanent sample plots 5th Surveys. analysis revealed statistically significant differences over a 10-year period.
